1. How do I contest a mistake in my invoice?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any guarantee about how soon the validation of the identity will be completed. This is because, most of the time, the verification speed depends on customer's response. We will make every effort to complete the validation process at the soonest possible.

Contact the name and address on your invoice.

 

3. How do I change my billing address?

1. Sign up on portal
2. Upper right corner Click the Person Icon and select Account Setting
3. Update the billing address and Save.
