Service Providers Registration (Portal Set up)


Note: If you are interested in using ATLAS services, kindly contact GlobalSign sales.

  1. Business agreement between Service provider and Globalsign.
  2. Globalsign Sales representative has already created your Atlas account in Salesforce on behalf of the service provider.
  3. Sales representative invites service provider to the portal using an invitation link.

Service Provider Journey

  1. You would receive the invitation link shared by Globalsign sales representative on your registered email address.
  2. When clicked upon the link, you would be requested to reset the password for your Atlas account.
  3. After you reset your password, press "ACCEPT COOKIES" before you login.

  4. Since Globalsign has captured all your information already, you would be directly taken to the 4th step of registration which includes the terms and conditions for the ATLAS account.

  5. Click on continue to start using ATLAS dashboard.
