1. How many identities can I request?

There is no limit to the number of identities under one account. You can request for as many identities as you need.

 

2. How many identities can I request for my customers?

There is no limit to the number of identities under one account. You can request for as many identities as you need.

 

3. How long do I need to wait for my identity to be vetted?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any guarantee about how soon the validation of the identity will be completed. This is because, most of the time, the verification speed depends on customer's response. We will make every effort to complete the validation process at the soonest possible.

 

4. Why is vetting necessary?

Identity Information will be shown on the certificate. As a qualified Digital Service Provider, we are obliged to
verify the certificate information to meet industry requirements.

 

5. I have misspelled company name while filling in details, can I edit it now?

Identity details can be changed before you submit them. However, after submitting, they cannot be changed. Hence, you will need to submit a new identity with the correct details.

 

6. How do I check the status of my identity in vetting?

a. Sign in to your portal.
b. Click on Identities on the left-hand side.
c. Check the status of the vetting.
    The 3 statuses are:
    OV - Queued for Vetting
    OV - Processing
    ACTIVE

 

7. Is there any additional fee on the renewal of identity?

No additional fee is required to renew the identity.

 

8. How do I delete an existing Identity?

Identity once created can neither be altered, nor deleted.

 

9. Can i use the same identity for all the products?

You must select the identity corresponding to the product you wish to use.

 

10. How do I cancel my Identity submission?

Identity once created can neither be altered, nor deleted.

 

11. My identity shows "Rejected". What does that mean?

"Rejected" means the Vetting Team could not complete the verification for some reason. Please contact the vetting agent or regional vetting team for more details.

 

12. Can i change the details in an existing identity?

Identity details can be changed before you submit them. However, after submitting, they cannot be changed. Hence, you will need to submit a new identity with the correct details.
