Checking SHA-1 Certificates in the GlobalSign Certificate Center (GCC)

Article Purpose: This article provides step-by-step instructions for checking SHA-1 Certificates in the GlobalSign Certificate Center (GCC). If this is not the solution you are looking for, please search for your solution in the search bar above. 

You can quickly and easily log into your GCC Account, search orders and export the results in a CSV file.  This will contain your entire certificate history along with the signing algorithm which you can use to identify all SHA-1 SSL Certificates.
 

  1.  Log into your GCC Account and select the SSL Certificates tab or Managed SSL tab if you are an MSSL customer. Then, click Find Order as shown in the diagram below.

  2. Click Search without entering anything in the search box.

  3. This will return a paginated list of all of your GlobalSign SSL Certificates with a column containing the signing algorithm as shown below. You can page through this report, increase the Display Number to show more certificates on the page, or click the Export CSV link to save a file with all of your certificates.

  4. From there, you can check which of your certificates need to be updated to SHA-256. Once done, you can proceed in reissuing SSL Certificates.
