How to Search for DV SSL Certificates - SSL Certificates Tab (non MSSL)

Overview

The following guide explains how to search for SSL Certificate orders in GCC (non Managed SSL).

Related to the ongoing ICA revocations outlined on this page (ICA Revocations and Remediation Steps), follow the steps below to search for impacted DV SSL orders.

1. Log into your GlobalSign GCC Account (www.globalsign.com/login) with your username (Username Format = ex. PAR98764_username) and password.
    

   

2. Select the SSL Certificates tab at the top of the page.
3. Click "Search Order History" on the left side, then click "Show Advanced Search".
4. Enter the appropriate Search Criteria.
   
   NOTE: The orders impacted are DV SSL products and include the product names such as: “Domain SSL, DomainSSL(DNS), etc. Also, note that OV and EV SSL Products are not impacted.
   
   In this example (related to the ongoing ICA revocations) enter the following search criteria:
    
   • Issue Date Is
   • Before
   • August 15th, 2020
   • Product = Domain SSL
      

     

5. Click Search.
6. Scroll down the page to see the list of Certificates.

For each Domain SSL (DV SSL) order that appears, follow the reissuance steps (starting at Step 3.) outlined in this guide:

Note regarding Renewals (related to ongoing ICA revocations):

• You can renew as early as 30 days prior to SSL expiration without losing validity of your certificate.
• Therefore, any certificate due to expire between now and ~ March 15th, 2021, can be renewed early (30 days prior to expiration) instead of being reissued.
