How to Reissue an AATL Certificate

1. Go to globalsign.com and click GCC Login. 
   
   
2. Once logged in to your GCC account, click on Document, Code & Email Signing tab.
   
   
3. Under My Certificates, click Search Order History. Enter your order number in the search screen or simply click the Search button to populate all certificate orders.
   
   
4. Select the AATL certificate you want to reissue, then click the Edit button. 
   
   
5. In the Certificate Edit window, click Reissue Certificate. 
   
   
6. Review the information in the Certificate Identity Details and enter a Pickup Password. Then, tick "I have copied this password to a safe location and click Next. 
   
   
7. Choose your preferred Key Generation Options, then click Next.
   
   
8. Review all the details in the Confirm Details window and tick "I AGREE TO THE SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT," then click Complete.
   
   
9. Once you see the confirmation diagram, you have successfully reissued your AATL Certificate. You will receive a system-generated email regarding pickup and installation instruction.
