To align the vetting process for MSSL OV and MSSL EV Domains we are removing the manual vetting requirement from MSSL EV domains validation process for receiving/sending signed forms back and forth and vetting manually via RAs. Note: This change is applied only on MSSL EV domain validation and not on the standard EV SSL certificate domain validation.
