Troubleshooting Guidelines


Invalid PDF Signatures could be caused by either of the following reasons listed below: 

  1. Expired Cross Certificate 

    To remove the expired Cross Certificate, follow the guidelines found here:

  2. Outdated AATL (Adobe Approved Trust List) in Adobe Acrobat Reader
