1. When do I receive my invoice?

An invoice will be sent electronically by email to your listed email address, within 24 hours.

 

2. How do I change my billing address?

  1. Sign up on portal.
  2. Upper right corner, Click the Person Icon and select Account Setting.
  3. Update the billing address and Save.

 

3. Can I change my payment method?

Contact the GlobalSign Finance department for assistance.

 

4. Why can't I proceed with my payment?

A credit check maybe required for orders both payment by invoice and credit card, depending on the quota amount.
