Click on the Forgot your Password?Click Here link to start the password reset process.
Enter your User Name and create a temporary password. Click Next. Your User ID is the PARXXXX_xxxxx number given to you at the end of the account setup as well as in the Welcome Email. If you have forgotten your User ID as well you will need to contact GlobalSign support.
As the screen indicates you will be sent an email to your registered email address. Please access the link in the email to complete the password reset process. Click Close.
Click the reset link or copy and paste the link into a browser window.
Enter your temporary password and click Next.
Enter and re-enter a new password for your account. Click Next.
You have successfully reset your password and will be logged into your GCC account.
