Renew EPKI Profile

OVERVIEW: This page walks you through the process of renewing your EPKI Profile. At the completion of this procedure, you will be able renew your EPKI profile. For more EPKI Profile guides, please refer to this page.

Guidelines

1. Log in to your GCC account and go to Enterprise PKI tab. 
   
   

2. Under My Profiles, click Search Profiles.
   
   

3. Enter the Order ID in the search screen or simply click the Search button to populate all certificate orders.
   
   

4. Look for the Profile ID that is ready for renewal and click the Renew button.
    

   IMPORTANT: The renew button is only available within 30 days before your Certificate expires and 7 days after your Certificate has expired. We will also send an email notification before your Certificate expires. If this button is not available within the said period, please contact support for assistance. If you still receive renewal notices after renewing your Certificate, you may disregard it.

   
   
5. In the EPKI Service Agreement window, tick the Service Agreement box, and then click the Next button.
   
   
6. You have now completed your Profile Renewal Application. Please wait for the GlobalSign Vetting Team to process this request.
