How to View Pickup Password in EPKI

Pickup Password

Note: If you order a regular PersonalSign certificate, you need to cancel and reorder the certificate. For EPKI PersonalSign Digital ID, follow the steps:

1. Log in to your GlobalSign GCC Account with username. 
   
   
2. Click on Enterprise PKI tab, then click Search Certificates.
   
   
3. Enter the Order ID in the search screen or simply click the Search button to populate all certificate orders.
   
   
4. Select the certificate you wish to view, then click on the Application button. This action will take you to the Certificate Edit page. 
   
   
5. At the bottom of the page, you will find the Pickup Password you entered.
