How to Order an Alpha SSL Certificate

Guidelines

If you are new to GlobalSign and don't have a GlobalSign Certificate Center (GCC) Account, please visit www.alphassl.com to order Alpha SSL certificate.
If you have a GCC account, follow the step-by-step guide below to place an order in the GlobalSign Portal.

1. Log in to your GlobalSign Account at https://gcc.globalsign.com/au/signon/gacp/usernamePasswordLogin.do.

2. Go to "SSL Certificates" tab and Click "Order Certificate".

3. Choose AlphaSSL as the product.

4. Under SSL Certificate Type, choose whether you will be ordering a single domain or wildcard.

5. Also, choose the validity period, provide other necessary information, and click "Continue".

6. Fill out the Point of Contact details and click "Continue". Note: You may autofill the fields if you want to.

7. Paste or submit your CSR and click "Continue".

8. Review the CSR info displayed and click "Continue".

9. Choose one of the Domain Validation Methods (Approver Email, HTTP Verification Method, or DNS TXT Record) and follow the provided guidelines for verification.

10. Choose your payment method and click "Continue".

11. Please review all the information carefully, then check the box next to "I agree" and click on "Complete".

12. You will now have your order number and random value (if you chose HTTP and DNS method).
