OVERVIEW TLS Connect is a lightweight, on‑premises software utility designed to automate the issuance, deployment, and management of public‑trust TLS certificates. It helps IT teams reduce manual certificate tasks while maintaining visibility and control across their environment. TLS Connect runs within your network and integrates with GlobalSign Atlas and GCC platforms. It also supports certificate issuance using the ACME protocol through the Atlas ACME server. With its simple user interface and straightforward setup, TLS Connect lets you quickly centralize and automate certificate lifecycle management (CLM) for web servers, network devices, and other supported endpoints. This page walks you through the process of installing TLS Connect. For more information and frequently asked questions, please refer to this page. |
To install and run TLS Connect, the following requirements must be met:
Windows Server with outbound internet access
.NET 10 or later
Microsoft.AspNetCore.App 10.0.3 runtime
Additional requirement for ACME-based deployments only:
simple-acme installed on the same server as TLS Connect
NOTE: Ensure all required frameworks are installed before starting the TLS Connect installation to avoid setup or runtime issues.
After completing your purchase, you will receive instructions to download the TLS Connect software from GlobalSign.
Install TLS Connect on the server where you intend to manage certificates.
This server should be the system that will communicate with your internal endpoints and manage certificate issuance and deployment.
Ensure the server can receive inbound connections from any network endpoints where TLS Connect will deploy certificates.
If you plan to use TLS Connect with ACME, download and install the latest version of simple-acme on the same server before continuing.
Launch the TLS Connect application.
