4. How many identities can I request?

There is no limit to the number of identities under one account. You can request for as many identities as you need. 

 

5. Can two or more identities share a single service subscription?

Yes, as long as the identity was vetted and the status is Active. 

 

6. How long do I need to wait for my identity to be vetted?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee how soon the validation of the identity will be completed. The verification speed also depends on the speed of a customer's response. We will make every effort to complete the validation process as quickly as possible. 

 

7. Why is vetting necessary?

Identity Information will be shown on the certificate. As a qualified Digital Service Provider, we are obliged to verify the certificate information to meet industry requirements. 

 

8. I have misspelled the company name while filling in details, can I edit it now?

Identity details can be changed before you submit them. However, if you have already submitted them, they unfortunately cannot be changed. We recommend you to submit a brand new identity with the correct details. 

 

9. How do I check the status of my identity in vetting?

a. Sign in your account.

b. Click on Identities on the left-hand side.

c. Check the status of the vetting. 

 

10. What is the difference between "Queued for Vetting" and "Processed"?

"Queued for vetting" means it is waiting for the Vetting Team to complete the verification process.

"Processed" means the Vetting Team completed the initial validation, and the identity will be released soon. 

 

11. My identity shows "Rejected". What does that mean?

"Rejected" means the Vetting Team could not complete the verification for some reason. Please contact the vetting agent or regional vetting team for more details. 

 

12. Is there any additional fee on the renewal of an Identity?

No additional fee is required to renew the Identity. 

 

13. How do I cancel my Identity submission?

An Identity once created can neither be altered nor deleted. 

 

14. How do I delete an existing Identity?

An Identity cannot be altered nor deleted once created.
