How can I view the Atlas services utilization screen?

  1. Log in to your Atlas account.
  2. Select the "Product Packs" option on the left menu.
  3. Select the product pack to expand the details.
  4. Look for the total usage icon under "Service Information".

What is overage cost?

The overage cost is the price per signature on top of the subscribed number of signatures if your subscription reaches its limit. This is billed on a monthly basis.
For example, suppose you are subscribed to a 1,000 signatures service with a one-year duration. On the 9th month of the subscription period, you have used up all 1000 signatures. You can continue to use the service, but you will pay $0.90 per used signature. At the end of the month, if you have used 10 more signatures, you will receive an invoice for $9.00.

How do I accept services quote?

  1. Log in to your Atlas Portal.
  2. Click on the ATLAS icon on the top left to reach the dashboard.
    Or, click on the ‘home’ icon to reach the dashboard.

  3. Click on the "View and accept quote" card on your dashboard.

    Note: The payment by credit card option is only applicable to the West (UK, EMEA, US, and Latam) in the meantime.
    Please select other payment options if this does not apply to you.
  4. Confirm the quote in the final step in order to accept it.
  5. Your products are now active.

How can I view my product packs and details?

  1. Log in to your Atlas Portal.
  2. Select Product Packs on the left menu.
  3. Click on the pack to expand.
  4. View details and total usage.

How can I view the Products or Services information in my Atlas account? 

  1. Log in to your Atlas Portal.
  2. Select Products on the left menu.
  3. Click on the Product Type / Product Category from the Product List.
  4. View service information and total usage.

Are services automatically renewed?

Services are not automatically renewed; however, if you’re interested in renewal, please contact your Globalsign Account Manager.

Can I delete my active service or product?

Once a quote has been accepted and paid for, services cannot be deleted. For more details, please contact the Globalsign Account Manager.

How can I view my product usage?

  1. In order to view your product pack usage, please login to your Atlas account.
  2. Now, click on the "Products" option on the left menu and select the respective product.
  3. You would be able to view your total usage and product details on the right side.
    Note: The total usage is updated daily at 15:15 UTC, as highlighted in the image below.
