Article Purpose: This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to cancel an order through your GlobalSign Certificate Center (GCC) account.
If you wish to cancel a completed order you may do so automatically within the 7 day refund period. After the 7 day refund period you will need to contact support to help you cancel your order. Depending on how you paid for the certificate, canceled orders automatically refund the appropriate amount of credit to deposit accounts, directly refund credit cards or cancel outstanding invoices.
To cancel an order within the 7 day refund period:
- Click Search Order History in the left-hand column on the appropriate tab. This example shows the cancellation of a PersonalSign certificate.
- Click Search to search all orders or search for a specific certificate.
- Click the Edit button to the left of the certificate you want to cancel.
- At this point you can either click Cancellation Request to completely cancel the order. This will have you confirm all of the details and then click Confirm to finalize the cancellation. Or you can click Cancel & Start this Order Again to cancel the order and be brought through the ordering process from the beginning.
