PersonalSign Installation - Step 1: Download Your Certificate

Downloading Your Client Digital Certificate

Article Purpose: This article provides step-by-step instructions for downloading your certificate file. If this is not the solution you are looking for, please search for your solution in the search bar above.

  1. Once you have approved the application from the ordering process you  will receive the email to download the certificate. Open the link and enter the Pickup Password you created when you placed the order.
  2. ​On the following page you will be asked to create a certificate password. This is required for when you install your certificate. This must contain both letters and numbers.
  3. ​You can now download the PKCS#12 file.
  4. Once your PKCS#12 file is downloaded it is ready to be installed. 
  5. You will be prompted to select a destination folder to save your certificate.
