Disable Domain Renewal Notifications in MSSL

OVERVIEW: This page walks you through the process of disabling renewal notifications for Domains in MSSL. At the completion of this procedure, you will not be receiving renewal notification through your email for Certificates that are due for renewal in MSSL. If you want to disable certificate renewal notification, please refer to this page

Guidelines

IMPORTANT: Renewal notices are adjusted on a per-order basis and not per-user or per-account. To apply similar changes to other orders, please follow the guidelines below for each individual order. To view and renew Certificate due for renewal in MSSL, please refer to this page

 

  1. Log in to your GCC account, then go to the Managed SSL tab.

  2. Click the Manage Domains to show list of the domains in your profile. 
    Note: Alternatively, you can also click Find & Report on Domains to show the list of all domains in your profile.

  3. In the Domain History window, hover to Other Action next to the domain that you wish to update. Then, click Email Preferences. 



    Note: The Point of Contact (POC) for the domain can also be edited by selecting the Edit Point of Contact option

  4. The Manage Renewal Reminder Emails pop-up window will appear. Tick the Off option and click Save.
    Note: By default, the renewal notification is turned On for each domain.

  5. Click the Close button to finish.

  6. You will no longer receive renewal notifications for that domain.
