Renew Domains in MSSL

Guidelines

1. Log in to your GCC account, then go to the Managed SSL tab. 
   
   

2. Click the View button under the Expiring Domains category to update a specific domain. Alternatively, you can click Find & Report on Domains to view the list of all domains in your profile. 

   

3. Click the Renew button to proceed to the next page.

   IMPORTANT: The renew button is only available within 30 days before your Certificate expires and 14 days after your Certificate has expired. We will also send an email notification before your domain expires. If this button is not available within the said period, please contact support for assistance.

   
   
   
   Alternatively, you can change the verification method or renew at any time using the Re-validate option. 
   
   

4. The Domain Renewal window will display your domain details. Click Continue to proceed. 

   

5. In the Organizational Point of Contact window, fill out the required fields to add a Point of Contact for certificate delivery and/or vetting issues. Then, click Continue. Note: If you have previously filled out these fields, click Auto Fill to populate the information you have provided previously. 

   

6. Select your preferred Domain Verification Method (Approver Email, HTTP Verification Method, or DNS TXT Record), then click Continue.

   IMPORTANT: Ensure that you have the selected the domain verification method that meets your requirements. Otherwise, you need to return to Step 1 of this article and begin the process again. Learn more about Domain Verification Methods here.

   
   

7. Review the information you supplied, then click Complete. 

   

8. You have now successfully placed a renewal order. In the acknowledgment window, you will see the confirmation and instructions on how you will proceed with domain verification.
