How to Activate MSSL

Introduction

Article Purpose: This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to activate Managed SSL in an existing retail account.

Managed SSL offers robust certificate management features, instant certificate issuance capabilities and volume discounts. Activate Managed SSL for no additional cost (no setup/activation, hosting or domain profile vetting fees) - you simply pay for the certificates.

Process Overview

1. Log in to GCC and select the Managed SSL tab. Click the Activate MSSL Now button

   

2. Complete the Profile Information page and enter Organization Information page. Click Continue to proceed.

   
3.  Click Confirm and agree to the MSSL Agreement. Then, click Complete Application to finish.
   
   Note: Once Profile vetting is complete and your MSSL account has been activated, you will have access to additional/automated Domain Validation Methods outlined in this guide: MSSL domain validation methods).
