How to Install PersonalSign with Windows Certificate Importer (WCI)

- Start by locating the certificate file, which you have downloaded using the previous download procedure.
- Right-click the certificate file and select Install PFX.

- The Certificate Download Import Wizard will appear. Check the setting provided and click Next.
- The step prompts you to select the certificate file you want to import. The correct file should automatically be provided, however you can browse for another file needed.

- At this step , you are asked for the certificate Private Key Password. This is the same as the Certificate Password you created when downloading the certificate.
- If you tick the Enable strong Private Key Protection box, you will be prompted for the Certificate Private Key password every time you will use the certificate.

- We recommend you to tick the Mark this key as exportable box, ensuring that you can move/ export / copy the certificate including its private key at a later date.

- We also recommend that you leave the Included all extended properties box ticked.
- We recommend you to let the Certificate Import Wizard determine the best place for the import.

- Click " Finish" to finalize the certificate import procedure.
- The Certificate Import Wizard will confirm Import was successful and hit Ok.
