How To Renew PersonalSign Certificate in GCC
You may receive an email with the Certificate Renewal Link or you can log in to globalsign.com.
Once you're logged in, navigate to 'Document, Code & Email Signing'.
Go to Search Order History and either paste your Order Number or click "Search".
You will see your certificate with a "Renew" button.
Click on "Renew" and it will prompt you to enter your certificate details (Address, Email address, Name of the certificate).
You will be asked to create a "Pick-up password".
Confirm the payment and Agree to the Subscriber Agreement.
Once complete, you will receive an approval email. Once approved, your certificate will be issued (depends on the Vetting Process). PersonalSign 1 will be issued within a day.
