Mark Certificate Optional Hosting Request

If you need hosting service for Mark certificate from GlobalSign, please open a support case by sending an email to support@globalsign.com with email content as per this support page. 

Please ensure that you have following documents ready before you email us.  

1. PEM Encoded Certificate chain notepad file.

Subject: Request for Optional hosting <Order ID> 

Dear Support Team, 

Requesting for your assistance in hosting our Mark Certificate and logo on the GlobalSign server, and provide us with the necessary BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) text to be updated on our DNS. 

For your reference, our order ID is <Your Order ID>. 

Action item

Once your files are hosted by us on our server, we will email you back the URLS of the SVG and PEM File placed on our server that you need to upload on your DNS Entries.
