How do I sign up for Atlas?

  1. Go to Atlas website.
  2. Click on Create this Account.
  3. Enter in your email address and create a secure password.
  4. Click on the link received to verify your account.
  5. You can now login to your own Atlas account.
  6. When you first login you will need to setup your Personal Information in the fields followed by your Company Information. 
  7. At the next screen,  if you are a Direct customer, select your Account Type as "Just My Account". If you're a Service Provider, select "Mine and other organisations"-
  8. Next, please read the hosted services agreement referring to Atlas portal usage and click continue.
  9. Your Atlas Account is set up, please go to dashboard to start using.

 

How do I reset Atlas password?

  1. Go to Atlas.
  2. On login screen, select Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. A verification email will be sent to your email address, click the link in it to verify.
  5. Create new password and sign in.

 

What happens if I have accidentally locked my account?

Your account can be locked after 6 failed login attempts. To reset your password, click on the 'Forgot your password' option and reset it using the One Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email address.

 

How many failed login attempts does it take before I am locked out of my account?

If you enter your password incorrectly 6 consecutive times, the account will lock.

 

How can I change the email address associated with my account?

How do I add Atlas Admin users in my account?

  1. Sign into your Atlas account.
  2. Click on the settings option in the left menu.
  3. Select users.
  4. Select Add AN ATLAS ADMIN button.
  • Note for Service Providers - Kindly note that the current limit of Admin Users to Atlas account is 3. Incase of adding more, you would see an error message notifying the same.

 

How do I change my company name in the account?

  1. Sign into your Atlas account.
  2. Click the Person Icon on the upper right corner.
  3. Select Account Settings.
  4. Update the company name and Save All Changes.

 

How do I manage my contact preferences?

  1. Sign into your account.
  2. Click the Settings option on the bottom left corner.
  3. Select the Actions icon next to the user name under the user section. You now may edit the contact information.

 

All your email communication in respect to your Atlas account can be found in the Atlas email feature.
For accessing the email feature, please do the following steps:

  1. Login to your atlas account.
  2. Click on the settings options on the Atlas menu.
  3. Click on the email option.
  4. You may find all your account related emails here.
  5. Click on the email to expand and see the details.

 

How do I check my invoice status and credit memos?

Please navigate to the Finance option on the left to see various options for invoices and credit memos. You may also download your invoices as apdf in the same section. 

 

Can I change my default currency?

If you require a quote in a different currency, you may request this from your Sales Representative or Account Manager.

 

I can’t access my email address and forgot my password too. How can I log into my account?
