Once you have submitted your Certificate Signing Request (CSR), ordered your certificate, and the vetting process is complete, you are now ready to install your certificate. You can obtain your certificate at any time through your GlobalSign Certificate Center (GCC) account and it will be sent to you via email as well.
Before installing your certificate you will need to make sure you have two more certificates installed. These additional certificates are known as intermediate certificates and are linked to GlobalSign’s root certificate. The intermediates certificates are necessary for browsers to trust the SSL certificate you are going to install. It is important to note that for some servers (such as Microsoft) the intermediate certificates are already included with the SSL Certificate.
Once you have installed your certificate, please use GlobalSign's SSL Configuration Checker to verify that it has been installed correctly.
